The onboarding process will consist of the following steps:
Step 1- Book your free consultation call with me. During this call we will discuss your fitness goals so we can determine which service best fits your goals.
Step 2- Following our consultation call, I will send you a client intake questionnaire that will better help us work together. Please be as accurate as possible. That will allow me to create a meal plan that is healthy and enjoyable.
Step 3- You will receive an invoice for the service we agreed on during our call.
Step 4- Once your invoice has been paid, please allow 24 hours for me to create your personalized meal/workout plan.
